GRBS (Enterprises) Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Perennial, and raises funds for the charity by selling a range of goods by catalogue, telephone and online. Orders and donations are processed by Dawson Marketing Services Limited, from their warehouse in Reading, Berkshire under contract with GRBS (Enterprises) Limited.

All profits from the sale of items in our catalogues will enable Perennial to help gardeners, grounds men and horticulturalists facing hardship and personal crises’.

Making A Purchase or Donation
Making a purchase or donation could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.

We aim to provide the most accurate information on prices at all times. Our commitment is to ensure that once an item has been ordered, the price quoted remains unchanged during the period of fulfilment of the order but prices may be subject to amendment at a later date. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). For deliveries outside the United Kingdom you will be liable for any import/export duty, fees or taxes arising. Please ring 0845 676 0640 for details before placing your order.

By placing your order you authorise any such charges, to be charged to your credit/debit card.

We accept payments with all major credit and debit cards except American Express.

We will contact you if your credit or debit card fails.

For UK orders please allow 28 days for delivery from the receipt of your order..

Back Orders
We aim to give the most accurate information on stock availability at all times. If an item is in stock, we will dispatch it on clearance of payment, usually within 2 to 3 days.

If an item ordered is out of stock we will notify you. If the delay will be less than one week we will hold all items and dispatch the whole order within 7 days. If the delay will be more than 1 week we will, at your request, dispatch all items in stock and the out of stock items will follow. No additional postage charges will be levied. Backorders can be cancelled at any time and a full refund made on request by telephoning 0845 676 0640.

Perennial , GRBS (Enterprises) Limited and their agents do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy
You may return items for a full refund in any of the following cases:

1. If the item does not meet with your requirements, subject to the following conditions:
- the item must be returned within 28 days of receipt in the UK and
- it must be in its original condition and packaging.
2. If the item is found to be damaged or faulty.
We will either replace it or give you a full refund (including postage costs). Please state which option you prefer. If you require a replacement, we will wait to receive the faulty item from you before dispatching a new one.
3. If we have made a mistake in fulfilling your order, we will exchange or give a full refund (including postage costs) on the items concerned.
