This tranquil walled garden follows a quadrant design influenced by original drawings dating back to 1874.

It is made up of a cutting garden full of narcissi, tulips and alliums followed by roses in June and dahlias in August. A parterre garden planted with box plants that frame swathes of colourful Verbena bonariensis, Astrantia 'Florence' and Salvia nemorosa 'Caradonna'.

A perennial meadow garden providing late interest and a recreational lawn that spectacularly hosts special events.
